Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To qualify, the piece must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it arrived.

How to Request a Return

Email service@mofluxse.com with your order number. Once approved, we will send a return label and clear instructions. Items returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damaged on Arrival

Our pieces are fragile. If yours arrives broken or flawed, photograph the packaging and the item within 72 hours of delivery and email us. We will replace it at no cost — no return needed.

• Original shipping fees

Exchanges

The simplest way to exchange is to return the original piece and, once accepted, place a new order for the replacement. This ensures you receive the exact item you want without delay.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off

Orders shipped to the EU may be cancelled or returned within 14 days for any reason, no justification needed. The item must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm the status by email. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the funds. If nothing arrives after 15 business days, email us.

Return Address

All returns require a pre-approved label. Do not ship items back without contacting us first.
